The brand pretty much did already set up its own goals on what the trend must be up to the year 2024 where it wants to completely only use only Recycled polyester and currently in 2020 almost uses up to 50 percent Recycled polyester already. All the polyester adidas has currently been using also came from recycled plastic waste.
-Adidas reaches a significant grown in carrying sustainability along with its trends and goals for further growth.
-The fully recyclable running shoe “future craft Loop” has been in the test phase since 2019.
-The launch has been planned for 2021.

-Products made from renewable raw materials will make an important contribution to waste reduction.
-In UK the program “Infinite Play” Which allows consumers to return adidas footwear or
apparel to adidas partner stuffstr using the adidas app and to receive a voucher for the
company’s online store. The products returned are either resold or recycled.

FUTURE
Well the trend that would be running in adidas according to me would be a lot about what they currently got into which would be the future of all the other brands, this might give an upper hand to adidas as it is going to be all about sustainability yet looking edgy and trendy.
Today’s current issue which is climate change, it is very important for clothing and shoe manufacturers to keep this in mind before going ahead to release a new collection for a new year. Adidas originals is doing very well in regard to that already, but it could maybe start developing more trend and style into it as that as the brand is all about todays and youngers generation. Make clothes that last longer and in accordance to climatic and living conditions.
Clothes or shoes in condition should be able to be swapped for other used products which will also reduce manufacturing as well as expense.

Customer Analysis
The brand basically targets people who attend college or who’ve just and started working and sometimes also people with families. The target might be of consumers between the age group of 16 to 45 mostly but there are consumers who are older and younger as well. The brand targets all genders and also provide a lot of gender-Neutral products as well. They quite well adapt to change and update themselves very often according to time, place, climatic condition and of course fashion and trends. It caters to middle class and upper middle-class people mostly. A customer of adidas would be somebody who is UpToDate with the internet and social networking sites.
Competitor Analysis
There are various competitors for the brand such as NIKE, PUMA, CONVERSE, NEW BALANCE AND NORTH FACE. I wouldn’t say this is all there definitely are a lot more, but these are the most common ones that I got out of managers in stores. Adidas is very good with its technology in comparison with its competitors. The clima tech that it does to most of its products. Nike is a very strong competitor, it does as many collaborations as adidas does, like its collaboration with Dior and adidas with Prada. Adidas does have a higher number of collaborations and better appearence whereas Nike focuses much more on its athletic roots and heritage values.
